Our friend and Wisconsin Cheese Guru Sara Hill returns for an early March farm to table dinner. Start the evening with olive tapenade on crostini followed by a bowl of Kale Sausage Soup with cannellini beans. Our pasture raised grass fed lamb will be our featured main course slow braised and accompanied by roasted potatoes. Sara will make your mouth water with her descriptions and stories of our Wisconsin cheeses featured on the evenings cheese board. A flourless chocolate cake will complete the evening.
