50th Mount Horeb Summer Frolic Parade The 50th Mount Horeb Summer Frolic Parade route begins at Mount Horeb Middle School, proceeding west on Lincoln Street, continuing north onto Fourth Street and west onto Main Street. The caravan then heads south on First Street and turns right onto Henry Street, ending at the Frolic grounds. Organizations and businesses interested in participating in the Frolic Parade should download an entry form from mthorebsummerfrolic.com/parade and return it via mail or email by late May.
